FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) is the government body that regulates the safety and quality of food in India. All food businesses must register with FSSAI to legally manufacture, store, transport, or sell food products.

• PAN and Aadhaar of the applicant

• Business address proof

• Food safety management plan (optional for basic)

• Business registration proof (GST, MSME, etc.)

• Utility bill or rent agreement

• Product list and processing details (for State/Central)
