This agreement defines the relationship between Mequintrax and its users and sets forth expectations, obligations, and limitations. Please read it carefully to ensure clarity before using any part of our platform or services.

2. Platform Role & Purpose

Mequintrax operates as a technology-driven service provider designed to connect clients with qualified professionals who can assist in business registration, legal compliance, taxation, intellectual property protection, and other regulatory matters. We aim to streamline your business journey through technology, digitized documents, and guided processes.

Our platform serves as a facilitative bridge—not a replacement—for licensed professionals. Mequintrax is not a law firm, tax agency, or chartered accountancy company. We are a digital intermediary that provides a transparent system where clients can initiate service requests and professionals can fulfill them.

Users of the platform are expected to make their own choices regarding which professional they engage with. Mequintrax neither dictates the advice given nor guarantees the outcome of services rendered by third-party professionals. All liability for legal or financial decisions rests with the user.

The purpose of the platform is to simplify tasks such as company registration, ITR filing, GST compliance, trademark registration, FSSAI license acquisition, and other similar business functions. Our service offering includes access to document generators, status tracking, government form submissions, and expert support—all in one place.

3. User Conduct & Restrictions

When you interact with Mequintrax, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner. Our platform is built to foster a positive, professional environment for users and service providers alike. As such, users must refrain from any behavior that could compromise the safety, integrity, or experience of others on the platform.

You must not misuse, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, user accounts, or confidential content. Spamming, phishing, or the distribution of malware via our platform is strictly prohibited.

Users are not allowed to submit false information, impersonate others, or provide misleading content during registration or service interactions. Any action that disrupts platform operations or diminishes the quality of service delivery—such as abuse, threats, or harassment of staff or professionals—will result in account suspension.

You may not use Mequintrax for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity, nor may you use our content for resale or commercial gain without our prior written approval. Unauthorized reproduction, data scraping, framing, or copying of platform content will attract legal action.

Mequintrax reserves the right to remove content or terminate services if a user is found in violation of these rules.

4. Professional Independence

While Mequintrax connects you to qualified advisors, we do not interfere with or supervise the delivery of advice or service execution by any professional listed on the platform. All professionals are independent entities or individuals who operate based on their own licenses, credentials, and ethical obligations.

We facilitate the engagement process and provide technology to ensure smooth communication, document sharing, and status tracking. However, Mequintrax does not validate the advice given or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or results of the service rendered.

Once you engage a professional, all decisions made based on their guidance are at your discretion. It is your responsibility to verify the scope of work, ensure that communication is clear, and review documents before submission to government authorities or third parties.

Mequintrax is not liable for any disputes, malpractice, or dissatisfaction arising between users and professionals. Should any conflict occur, Mequintrax may offer support to mediate the matter, but the platform holds no legal obligation to enforce a resolution.

We encourage users to exercise discretion, request credentials, and confirm all critical steps when dealing with advisors on the platform.

5. Information Accuracy & Limitations

The information available on Mequintrax.com, including blog posts, service descriptions, legal updates, FAQs, and templates, is intended solely for general knowledge and informational purposes. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding its completeness, reliability, or suitability for a specific purpose.

Content on our platform may not be tailored to your individual situation unless explicitly stated or unless you're working directly with a professional advisor through the platform. Do not make legal or financial decisions solely based on information found on the website without consulting a qualified expert.

Mequintrax shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or outdated content. We also disclaim liability for loss or damages resulting from reliance on the information posted. Users should verify any official process, law, or deadline directly with the respective government authority before acting on the content.

In addition, certain tools or calculators on our platform offer approximations and are not meant to replace personalized consultation. Use them as a guide only.

6. User Registration & Account Responsibilities

To access certain services on the Mequintrax platform, users must register an account by providing accurate and verifiable information. This may include your full name, email address, phone number, business name, PAN, Aadhaar, and other KYC-related documents. By registering, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and take full responsibility for all activities carried out under your login.

You must not share your login information or permit others to access your account unless explicitly authorized by Mequintrax. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately. Mequintrax reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, or violation of platform guidelines.

Users are responsible for updating their information to ensure accuracy, especially when it impacts government filings, licenses, or correspondence. We are not liable for losses resulting from outdated or incorrect information provided by the user.

Additionally, Mequintrax may impose restrictions or verification steps based on the nature of services availed, such as OTP-based validation, e-signatures, or document uploads. Your cooperation in fulfilling these requirements is mandatory to complete the transaction successfully.

7. Payment Terms & Invoicing

All services offered by Mequintrax are subject to the payment of applicable service charges and government fees as disclosed on our website or communicated at the time of purchase. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to our pricing, refund, and billing policies.

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or through third-party payment gateways. You agree that any payment information provided by you is accurate and authorized for use. Mequintrax does not store sensitive payment details and relies on secure payment processors to handle transactions.

Invoices are generated upon successful payment and will be sent via email. For services that require time-bound government actions or professional deliverables, partial payment options or milestone-based billing may be applicable, depending on the service category.

All prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be explicitly mentioned on the invoice. Mequintrax reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice. In the case of underpayment or declined transactions, services may be paused or cancelled until payment is completed.

If a user cancels a service before work begins, refund eligibility will be subject to our refund policy. Government fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstance.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Mequintrax strives to provide a transparent refund and cancellation policy. However, due to the nature of professional services, refunds are only available under specific conditions. A user can request a refund if no substantial work has been initiated and no government fee has been paid.

If a service is cancelled after the process has commenced, or if any part of the government filing is done, a partial refund (if any) may be provided at Mequintrax’s discretion after deducting applicable processing, professional, and administrative charges.

Users must raise a refund request within 5 days of payment through the customer portal or email. Once evaluated, we may request additional information or documentation to support the claim. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Mequintrax will not issue refunds in cases of delay caused by incomplete documentation, user inaction, regulatory changes, or government system errors. Also, services that depend on third-party responses (e.g., GST portal, MCA approval, Trademark registry) are not refundable once filings are initiated.

Government fees, stamp duty, challan payments, and DSC purchases are non-refundable under any circumstance, as they are paid to third-party authorities on your behalf.

9. Service-Specific Terms

Each service provided by Mequintrax, including but not limited to Company Registration, GST Filing, Income Tax Return Filing, Trademark Registration, FSSAI Licensing, and DSC Application, may carry its own specific guidelines and turnaround timelines. These timelines are indicative and depend on factors beyond our control, such as government processing delays or document quality.

For instance, a Private Limited Company registration may take 5–10 working days, but can extend based on MCA approval or resubmission requirements. Likewise, Trademark Objection responses and hearing outcomes depend on the Intellectual Property Office's schedule.

Mequintrax provides a breakdown of deliverables at the start of each engagement, which outlines what will be done, in what order, and which documents are needed. Users are responsible for timely submission of documents and information.

In some services, digital signatures or video verification may be required by government agencies. Users failing to comply with such steps in a timely manner may face service delays or non-completion.

These specific terms should be read in conjunction with the general terms. Initiation of a service request signifies your understanding and agreement to all service-specific responsibilities and limitations.

10. Third-Party Services & Government Portals

Many of Mequintrax’s services rely on coordination with third-party systems, such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Goods & Services Tax Network (GSTN), Trademark Registry, FSSAI, Income Tax Department, and other state/central government portals. We do not control these systems and cannot guarantee their uptime, responsiveness, or processing speed.

Delays, downtimes, or failures on the part of these external portals are beyond our control and cannot be considered grounds for refunds or liability. Our responsibility ends at submission of documents, forms, or challans to these government platforms using your data.

Further, some services require OTP verification or e-verification from your registered mobile or Aadhaar-linked number. Mequintrax cannot complete filings without your active participation in such steps.

We may also use licensed third-party providers for DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) issuance, payment gateways, and courier services. While we try to work with only trusted vendors, Mequintrax is not responsible for errors or loss caused by third-party providers.

You agree to indemnify Mequintrax against any claim arising due to action, omission, or delay caused by external systems or vendors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mequintrax shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes but is not limited to loss of business, data, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or legal action resulting from delays, government rejection, professional negligence, or incomplete user documentation.

Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the user for that specific service. We do not assume responsibility for any legal or financial obligations of the users unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Additionally, we are not responsible for damages arising from force majeure events such as cyberattacks, system failures, pandemics, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept this limitation and agree to use Mequintrax as a facilitative partner rather than a legal guarantor.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mequintrax website, including but not limited to logos, icons, service names, visual layouts, banners, tools, and written content, is the intellectual property of Mequintrax Digital Services Private Limited.

You may not reproduce, copy, download, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written approval. This includes marketing material, blog content, checklists, calculators, tool outputs, and downloadable documents.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action under the applicable laws of India, including the Copyright Act, Trademarks Act, and Information Technology Act.

Users are permitted to use our tools and templates strictly for personal or business use through the platform, and not for resale or republishing purposes.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Mequintrax places the highest importance on protecting user data. All information provided during service registration, including documents, PAN, Aadhaar, business details, and financial information, is stored securely in compliance with the IT Act, 2000 and applicable data privacy regulations.

We use encrypted protocols, restricted access control, and periodic audits to prevent misuse or unauthorized access to user data. Your personal data is shared only with professionals or government portals relevant to the service you opt for.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information for advertising purposes. However, anonymized data may be used for analytical purposes to improve service delivery.

By using our platform, you consent to our privacy policy and allow us to contact you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp for updates, service status, and offers.

You have the right to request deletion of your data, subject to retention requirements for tax or compliance purposes.

14. Communication & Notifications

By registering with Mequintrax, you consent to receive service-related communication via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or calls. This includes updates on your ongoing service, payment reminders, document requests, and alerts for deadlines.

We also send promotional offers, blog updates, and news relevant to business owners or professionals. You may opt out of promotional emails or messages at any time via unsubscribe links.

Communication records may be stored for audit, quality, and legal purposes. Users are encouraged to ensure that their contact details are updated to receive uninterrupted communication.

15. Termination of Use

Mequintrax reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform for any violation of our Terms and Conditions, misuse of services, or illegal conduct. Termination may occur without prior notice if a user engages in fraud, impersonation, defamation, or violates applicable laws.

In the case of voluntary account closure, users may request data deletion and cessation of communication. However, records related to paid services or government filings may be retained as per statutory requirements.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to Mequintrax’s services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [Insert City], India.
